Disclosure Committee
The Disclosure Committee shall be the first point of contact with the Nomad for all routine and non-routine matters which the Nomad wishes to discuss with the Board and shall carry out duties to ensure the Company’s compliance with the AIM Rules and MAR. The Disclosure Committee is expected to meet twice a year and comprises David Mathewson and Elizabeth Gooch and will be chaired initially by David Mathewson.
